Blasdell, New York Hotel Reviews

My husband & I travel to Buffalo, NY to visit family every Fall; we have stayed here twice now, and plan to stay there again this year. We travel with our very travel-savvy, well-behaved, almost-human Border Collie, Buddy. I selected this hotel in the first place because it was one of the few that allowed dogs; our stays (4-5 days) have turned out to be very pleasant, and exceeded our expectations! The rooms are good-sized, clean, and reasonably quiet, with very comfortable beds. The staff was welcoming to Buddy, often stopping to pet him or remark about how pretty he is...no dirty looks or scowls when we walked through the hall with him. The staff is never anything but friendly and pleasant, the prices are quite reasonable, and the free continental breakfast (especially the waffles...boy, are those delicious) & coffee in the AM is very nice. We are very satisfied with this little hotel; it is a nice, clean pleasant place to stay for people traveling with pets or without!

A friend recommended I stay here while I attended a wedding
in the area. Upon pulling in, I was a little concerned - the hotel is attached to some off-putting banquet hall and "Club Paradise". However, upon check-in, the staff was pleasant. The hotel is dated and shows its age, but it's clean. The rooms are inexpensive and large. This is definitely a solid value. 
The property is easy to find off the throughway as there are clear signs from the Interstate. In addition, you are only a mile,
if that, to the McKinley Mall (with Macy's, Bed, Bath & Beyond, etc),numerous restaurants and, my favorite, Wegmans. All in all, if I need to return to the area, I would stay at the Clarion again.

This place was not a five star hotel but i had a great time there, went to orchard park for a bills game, stayed on a saturday night. Paid for a king, but was told that a cheaper double had popped up and was available, nice front desk staff, polite older lady. Nightclub attached to hotel was a blast. Hot bath/ shower, quiet and clean.
