Terms of Agreement

 
 

1)  Deposits: An event is not confirmed until a deposit is paid and contract is

signed. Without the required deposit and signed contract, dates are available

for other customers. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 
 

2)  Prices: Written or quoted prices are subject to change. Quotations

cannot be guaranteed until 90 days to the time the function takes place. When

planning long-range parties, we will not exceed a 5% increase on quoted prices.

 
 

3)  If the function is scheduled to begin at a particular time and is

considerably delayed, and as a result, runs considerably longer than the

contracted ending time; an additional room rental may be assessed.

 
 

4)  Guarantees: Minimum Guarantees are stated in dollar amounts payable

for event(s) (not including Service Charges & Tax). Rooms and events unless

otherwise stated in writing by McKinley's Banquet and Conference Center. If

the final total for food and beverage falls below the minimum Guarantee, the

difference becomes a room rental charge and will be billed accordingly

 
 

5)  Room Assignments: McKinley's reserves the right to substitute an

alternate function room should the projected attendance for an event falls

unforeseen reason.

 
 

6)  Room Arrangements and Menu Selection: Arrival times, meal times and

other preferences are given based on date of deposit. A room diagram will be

provided to the engager prior to the function, and McKinley's reserves the right

to charge an appropriate fee for set-up, breakdown or clean up of a function

with unexpected requirements.

 
 

7)  Outside Food and Beverage: McKinley's Banquet and Conference Center

will not allow Alcoholic beverages or any food from an outside source. Non-

Alcoholic Beverages and/or food from outside sources may not be brought into

the facility without the expressed written consent of McKinley's.

 
 

8)  Alcohol Consumption: McKinley's Banquet and Conference Center

reserves the right to refuse to serve any person who does not show proper I.D.,

or who appears to be impaired beyond the bartender's comfort. McKinley's

employees cannot be held responsible for any issues or incidents

occurring prior to, during or following any event.

 
 

9)  Liability: McKinley's Banquet and Conference Center does not assume

responsibility for any merchandise or articles left in the banquet rooms,

coatrooms, foyer or restrooms, prior to, during or following an event.

McKinley's employees cannot be held personally responsible for any issues or

incidents occurring prior to, during or following any event.

 
 

10)  Damage to the Facility: McKinley's Banquet and Conference Center

reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for

excessive clean up or damage to the premises or equipment will be charged

accordingly. No tape or tacks may be used on the walls; NO confetti, glitter,

tinsel or other debris can be used by the engager or the guests. The charge for the

clean up for confetti will be $250.00.

 
 

11)  Final Counts: McKinley's must be notified at least 10 (ten) days

before your function of the exact number of guests attending in writing. This will

be considered the minimum guaranteed amount for which you will be charged.

 
 

12)  Final Payment: Final payment is due three-business days prior to the

event. All final payments must be paid in the form of, Cash, Money Order, Cashier

Check, or Certified Check. There is a 2% additional fee for the use of a Credit Card

and a 3.5% fee for American Express. There will be an 18% service charge added to the

final payment.

 
 

NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED

 
 

PLEASE READ THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT AND

YOUR CONTRACT AS WELL AS WELL AS ALL HOUSE BANQUET POLICIES AND

PROCEDURES PRINTED IN THIS BANQUET MENU AND ANY CONSTITUTING

PART OF YOUR CONTRACT.

 
 

ALL BOOKINGS WILL REMAIN TENATIVE AND ARE SUBJECT TO

CANCELLATION BY McKINLEY's BANQUET AND CONFERENCE CENTER

UNTIL A SIGNED CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED BY McKINLEY's

BANQUET AND CONFERENCE CENTER.

 
 

ROOMS ARE HELD TENATIVELY FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED 10(TEN) DAYS.
